この言葉には、「まごころを持って一生を生きる」という意味が込められていることから、数多くの学校の校訓などに採用されてもおりますので、ご存知の方も多いのではないでしょうか。

日本は、工業製品や技術力だけでなく、「おもてなし」という言葉に代表される、まごころのこもったサービス・ソフトを持つ国としても、世界中に知られております。 これも、「正確・確実」を追い求め、「安全・安心」に心をくだき、常に「まごころ」をもって、お客様に接してきた我々日本人の努力の賜物なのではないでしょうか。

弊社は、平成15年に、日本の有力出版社と、米国の医療情報提供会社の提携事業のオペレーション実務を担う組織として発足いたしました。日本人はもちろんのこと、在日外国人や外国人渡航者の方々に、医療に関する情報を提供するサービスを通じて、国際交流・社会貢献の一端を担わせていただきました。

この弊社の創業事業では、産休や育児休暇中の看護師などの医療スタッフの働く場の創出という役割も果たすことが出来、継続的な仕事のご依頼や、ご紹介を受け、国内外の様々な企業さま・医療機関さま、官公庁さまなどから、今日、多岐に渡るお仕事のご依頼を頂戴しております。

現在では、東京都指定の福祉サービス第三者評価機関、介護サービス情報の公表制度調査機関として、福祉施設の評価・調査を行う「福祉関連部門」と、海外製薬会社の日本代理店業務を担う「医薬品部門」なども行わせていただいております。
なかでも「海外製薬会社の代理店業務：海外医薬品・医療機器の輸入代行事業」では、日本国内では、未だ承認されていない海外医薬品・医療機器を、患者さまの治療のために緊急に必要とされる医師・歯科医師の先生方のために、厚生労働省の定める薬監証明制度に則り、海外から迅速かつ正確に輸入する手続きサービスと、処方に関する必要な情報を迅速かつ正確に提供できるよう努めてまいりました。

このような、まごころを込めた質の高いサービスの提供を通じて、医療・福祉の発展に貢献するという強い使命感と、コンプライアンスを重視する姿勢を高くご評価いただき、事業開始5年で、全国2,000以上の医療機関さま、福祉施設さま、官公庁さまとお取引させていただくまでになっております。

Chinese Confucian philosopher, Mencius, had once said, “Sincerity is the way to heaven; to think how to be sincere is the way of men”. These words hold a virtue that one must “live through life with best intentions and all sincerity”.

Along with its high-end industrial goods, and technical capabilities, Japan is world-widely acclaimed for its high service standards set forth to serve with “utmost sincerity”. Such positive assessments are fruits of our constant pursual of “Hospitality”- a combination of “Precision and Reliability”, and “Safety and Assurance” toward our customers.

Taking the virtue of “Hospitality” to heart, Well-Heart Corporation was established in 2003 as an operating agent of a joint venture project developed between a major Japanese publishing company and an American medical information service enterprise. As an operating agent, our company provided Medical Information Services to Japanese residents as well as to foreigners visiting or living in Japan. With this initial operation, we were able to provide a working environment for Nurses and other medical staff on Maternity Leave, at the same time establish vast connections to Medical Institutes, public offices and business enterprises, which gave and continues to give us an opportunity to constantly receive a wide array of business proposals.

To provide our services to a wider range of audiences, Well-Heart Corporation expanded its business and presently has two divisions. Our “Social Welfare Division” has been designated by the Governor of Tokyo as official evaluator of welfare institutes, and our “Medical Division” collaborates with overseas pharmaceutical companies as distributor and/or business partner to import medications in Japan.

With establishment of the “Medical Division”, Well-Heart Corporation assists Doctors and Dental Surgeons to treat their patients according to their needs by obtaining medical information, as well as promptly import medications unapproved in Japan, under strictly controlled procedures conformed to the Japanese pharmaceutical law designated by the Ministry of Health Labor and Welfare.

Through continuous efforts to maintain high service standards, Well-Heart Corporation’s strong sense of mission to contribute to the improvement in the medical and social welfare scene has earned the trust and business collaborations of over 2,000 medical institutes, social welfare centers and public offices. These accomplishments could not have been attained without support of all our business partners and clients, to whom together with all Well-Heart Staff, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to.

The Japanese medical and welfare system has one of the highest qualities, pioneering techniques and one of the best services in the world to sustain our mental and physical wellbeing- both, I believe are qualities essential in attaining an enriched life.
